Malcolm X's Leadership
Malcolm X was a significant civil rights advocate, and role model for African American's during the Civil Right's Movement. He wanted African-American's to get their rights and freedom back, "By any means necessary." He stood up for what he believed and led African American's to their freedom. People followed him because they were ready for a change, and he provided it for them. His leadership was strong, undoubted, and urging. He sincerely wanted desegregation and fought hard to achieve his goal.
“There is no better [teacher] than adversity. Every defeat, every heartbreak, every loss, contains its own seed, its own lesson on how to improve your performance next time.” Comparing Malcolm X and Martin Luther King, Jr.
